What is this?

Want to impress someone at a cocktail party? Here’s the spiel. Our library is a collection of location photography packages created using HDRI (High Dynamic Range Imaging), a technology that digitally captures and allows you to edit all the light and reflections in a scene. Paired with each high-resolution background image is all the scene-specific lighting data required to seamlessly place a rendered product into a real environment.

This technology is used most often (though not exclusively) by the automotive industry to apply realistic lighting and reflections to a virtually rendered car in a photographic environment.

Why do you need this?

Along with exceptional location photography we’ve captured all the lighting and reflection information, so you can be confident that your rendered object is going to fit seamlessly in the scene. Every reflection, each secondary shadow is perfectly placed. The final package will be a spectacular, beautifully composed and lit image of your product in an utterly believable real world setting.

Stock Packages—Need it yesterday? You can be comfortable knowing we have exceptional stock ready for you. Just select a package from our library. You’ll get HDR images shot at same time and location as the backplate. You can work with our in-house staff to implement your solution.
Custom Packages—Don’t see what you need because it only exists in your mind? If you want a specific location or more control over the art direction, we offer stock on-demand. If we don’t have it in our library, we are happy to shoot custom images for you. You tell us when, where and what you need and we’ll bring your vision to life.
Virtual photo shoots—Want to show off that fancy front grill? Using CG to create a world that mimics the real-world photo shoot gives you the power to feature or highlight specific areas of your product. We can work with your model or create a model to put in the stock or custom environment.
