XYZ Honored for the Second Consecutive Year as One of the Bay Area’s Best Place to Work
Fast Growing Creative Support Company is recognized as a Great Place to Work by its Employees
May 01, 2009
San Francisco, CA – XYZ Graphics, a leading creative services, image creation and post-production studio, today announced that it has received its second consecutive Best Places to Work in the Bay Area award from the San Francisco Business Times and Silicon Valley Business Journal.
As in previous years, the 2009 results were announced at a gala event in San Francisco on April 29, XYZ ranked #5 out of the top 25 companies with 51-100 employees. The rankings were based on an anonymous survey completed by employees, provided by Quantum Market Research, which focused on overall work environment and benefits.
“Once again, it’s a honor that we’ve been acknowledged as a great place to work, “ said Steve Waterloo, President of XYZ. “When we opened the doors nearly 8 years ago, our primary goal was to create a company that we would want to work at. The first obvious decision was to hire people we wanted to work with. These people then attracted other great people. We have some control over the culture, but primarily it depends on the people who work side by side, day after day. You are the reasons that once again we’ve been honored with this award.”
