XYZ Recruits Three Ad Industry Leaders
Attracts Top Talent to Spearhead Rapid Growth and Market Expansion

San Francisco, CA – XYZ, the leading West Coast creative support services provider for advertising agencies, photographers, designers, and corporations, today announced that it has augmented its world-class sales and production teams with the addition of three senior members to its San Francisco studio and one to its Minneapolis studio.
XYZ has achieved remarkable growth in the past year, with the addition of several major advertising and corporate accounts. To support the company’s continued expansion and help them to seize new opportunities in the pre-media market, XYZ has added three well-known industry leaders:
- Charlie Boyle, Senior Account Executive, San Francisco. Focusing on advertising agencies and corporate marketing, Boyle brings over 15 years of experience in direct sales to XYZ. Prior to joining XYZ, Boyle served as the VP of Sales and Account Management for Schawk Inc. Before that Charlie worked for AGT, Seven, Wace and Techtron in various sales capacities.
- Cathleen McKinney, Senior Account Executive, San Francisco. McKinney comes to XYZ with over 20 years of experience in the pre-press and creative industries, having worked with most of the major advertising firms in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to XYZ, McKinney served as an account manager for Schawk Inc.
- Byron McCulloch, Senior Production Manager, San Francisco. With over 20 years of experience in production management, McCulloch has played a pivotal role in designing and building digital production departments and workflows. McCulloch was formerly a production manager with Schawk Inc.
